What the register records
The register records two reprimands imposed on Dr Della Bruna by the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal: one on 8 April 2014 and one on 1 May 2026. It lists a tribunal decision dated 8 April 2014.
The register also records conditions on Dr Della Bruna’s registration, imposed under s 149A(1)(b) of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW). In summary, the conditions require her to:
- submit to an audit of a random selection of her general practice medical records (not her cosmetic patients’ records), focusing on her reasons for prescribing medication and on whether she keeps sufficient, legible records of consultations where she prescribes;
- complete a Medical Council-approved course on prescribing, and another on medical record keeping, within six months;
- complete a Medical Council-approved education program on the appropriate use of AI scribe programs in medical record keeping, within six months, and then give the Council evidence of completion and a reflective report on how she will apply what she learned; and
- bear the costs of meeting these conditions.
She has no undertakings recorded on the register.
What the register does not say
The register entry does not set out the findings behind either reprimand, or which decision the current conditions come from. It links to the 2014 tribunal decision, which is summarised separately on this site.
